Sponsorship

Becoming a sponsor with the JWC of Wyoming allows you to work with us to raise funds that are 100% philanthropic and positively impact a vast number of people within and around our community of Wyoming. Your sponsorship is also a great way to connect with community members and share your organization and services with them. As a 501c(3) organization, the JWC of Wyoming donates 100% of our fundraising earnings to a variety of wonderful and worthy causes.

The JWC of Wyoming is gearing up to support 4 prominent fundraisers held within the Wyoming Community. As a sponsor, you will have your choice of sponsoring one, two, or three of the following events: Light Up Wyoming, Charity Euchre Tournament, and the Mums Fundraiser. Our other fundraiser, Shamrock Shakedown, is included in the Director and Presidential Sponsorship Levels.

Our 2023-2024 Sponsorship Level options are:

• Advocate: $200 – Sponsor of 1 fundraising event of your choosing
• Director: $350 – Sponsor of 2 fundraising events of your choosing plus Shamrock Shakedown
• Presidential: $500 – Sponsor of 3 fundraising events plus Shamrock Shakedown

Sponsors will receive the following:

• Their name and/or logo on the JWC of Wyoming website for the event(s) sponsored
• Their name and/or logo with a link to the sponsor’s website on social media for the event(s) sponsored
• Their name and/or logo on promotional materials, including event posters and flyers distributed throughout the community
• Public recognition the day of the fundraising event with signage, announcements, and encouragement to patronage our sponsors
• Light Up Wyoming sponsors will also receive one free Light Up Kit

Fundraising Event Details:

Mums Sale – September 2023 The appearance of mums on front porches is one of the earliest signs of fall for many families. JWC is making it easier on Wyoming families to get into the fall spirit with a mums sale fundraiser, including home delivery. With many sizes and colors of these lovely fall flowers to choose from we are sure to have something for everyone needs. The fall mums sale is our newest fundraiser and has been a great success, last year we sold over 2000 plants.

Light Up Wyoming – Saturday, December 9, 2023 This luminary event is a 30+ year old tradition. Light Up Wyoming unites the community of Wyoming, striving to create an unbroken light. Last year’s Light Up Wyoming was a great success! Downtown Wyoming transforms, attracting more than 1,000 citizens for the carriage rides to view the city-wide luminaries, Santa, music, food, live reindeer, and more.

Charity Euchre Tournament – Saturday, February 3, 2024 The annual Charity Euchre Tournament is held at the Wyoming Civic Center and is open to the community and beyond. The tournament has a competitive bracket and a social bracket.

Shamrock Shakedown – March 2024 The Shamrock Showdown is the JWC of Wyoming’s luckiest fundraiser of the year. Each year our leprechauns paint the town green by planting oversized fields of clover. Last year, we fulfilled over 80 Shamrock orders and sold over 160 Split the Pot O’ Gold raffle tickets. Our website averaged over 50 views per day during Shamrocks.
