Support for the Otten Family

As many of you have heard by now, our club member Michelle Otten lost her son, 13yo Brayden Otten on 8/5/2022. In continued support of the family for peace and comfort we thought decorating the trees on the streets (throughout the neighborhood) with blue and white ribbon for the walk and celebration of life would be a comforting token of support from our group. Please check out the sign-up genius (below) for which street you can put ribbons on the trees. The walk is still going on as planned for Saturday 8/13/2022.

New Member Meet and Greet

The New Member Meet and Greet will be Wednesday August 24, 2022 from 7-9pm at Emma Bernay’s house (415 Worthington Ave). If you know other women who would be interested in learning more about what JWC is all about then this event is a great opportunity for them to meet members of the board and understand our mission and programs. We are asking all members to consider asking one woman to attend. Please forward the link (below) of the google form for them to fill out so that we can receive more information.

2022-2023 Registration

Please register for the 2022-2023 JWC year at this link Dues – Joint Women’s Collaborative of Wyoming (jwc-wyoming.org). Once again for this year dues are not required but $50 is a suggested amount. Please indicate your fundraising choice and answer the survey questions that follow. Let anyone on the board know if you need help or have any questions regarding registration for this upcoming year!!

Mums

Mums Mums Mums of My!!. Mum sales will kick off this month. Please tentatively mark your calendars for delivery to occur on Saturday October 1, 2022. Since its inception the Mum sale has been a great success within our community. Who will win for the most decorated porch with Mums and Fall decor galore!!
