07/07/21 JWC Update

Executive Summary:

2021-2022 Registration

Please expect registration for the 2021-2022 year to take place TODAY July 7th at 7PM. This year in addition to dues, fundraiser and service selections, you will also be completing a member survey to give us a better picture of who we are as a club.

Note: You will need to add Dues, Service Selection and Fundraising Selection to the carts. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.

Dues: In effort to be more inclusive we would like to give members the opportunity to elect their dues amount. The suggested amount will be $50. Dues cover our Civic Center contract, social events, and our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion initiative. All information provided during registration will be confidential.

2021-2022 Service: Kudos Kids, Friends of the Public Library, Heartfelt Tidbits and Rotating Service

2021-2022 Fundraisers: Light Up, Euchre, Shamrocks and Mums (which will be for 2022-2023 calendar year) and Sponsorship

Service and Fundraiser selections will be filled according to the time stamp of your registration submission. We will send an email letting you know the exact day and time that registration is open. Please feel free to reach out with any questions to Kate or Ellen.

New Member Meet and Greet

A volunteer to host the new member meet and greet on August 18th at 7pm is needed please contact Victoria Reed and Beth Brigger if you are interested.

Summer Social

Mark your calendars for the Summer Social on 08/21/21 at the Wyoming Golf Club for all JWC members and their significant others.

Mums

Mums is beginning and we are using the same grower as last year, Robben Florist. Be on a lookout for dates and signup genius towards the end of Summer.
